return of the pumpkin spice latte

the return of the elusive and
most delicious
pumpkin spice latte

a lovely coolish damp day
pumpkin candy sweater
progressing steadily

and now... if i had pumpkin soup
and pumpkin six grain bread
in my future
i would be in pumpkin heaven

actually no complaints here

i have a few sips of latte
awaiting my return

this sock is wonderful
not because i knit it
it is wonderful because the yarn is yummy
a delight to knit
and even more delightful to
actually wear...
i love to wear
-and admire -

i have never suffered from second sock syndrome
i am so excited to wear my

heated knitting

in the horrid heat of the past few
weeks i made this sweater in
noro yarn

the last several days have been so
cool and lovely
i enjoyed trying new sweater on
and was immediately comforted by
thoughts of fall and all my
sweater friends bored with their
housebound summer
the sweaters have a few weeks
to welcome the newcomers
and let them know what to expect
in sweater land
